The vulnerability of wood frame construction to a fast-spreading fire (during the stage of construction when framing is exposed) first garnered attention in 2012, when a multistory senior center in Oakland, Calif., was incinerated down to its first floor, which was made of concrete.

"Since then we have seen increasing frequency of these fires as wood framing becomes more common for large buildings," said Peter Wilcox, Inland Marine Director for Travelers, specializing in construction and renewable energy.

Hi Peter, my name is Steve Conboy and I'm the inventor of the Mighty Fire Breaker Best Practice Fire Elimination Plan for all US Builders to defend wood framed buildings from fire during construction. I would like to talk to you and show you what its all about because once you understand it you will probably be likely to reduce builders premiums that defend 100% of there lumber instead of just exterior walls with FRT products. click here
